How this Subscription Works:
- You will receive access the Artväna coaching sessions & tutorial library immediately to begin your art coaching journey, prior to receiving your supplies.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel or pause your subscription.
- Supplies included in your subscription SHIP on the 4th of each month; you must sign up by the last day of the previous month to be included in the following shipment.
Example: If you sign up any day in March, you will be a part of the April 4th shipment.
The shipping schedule may be confusing at times, but rest assured that your materials are on the way!

Personal information we collect
Information provided voluntarily by you when you engage with Artvana or any of its affiliates.
We collect and store your contact information that you provide such as name, address, phone number, username and email address.
We collect the credit/debit card information you provide as well as addresses connected to your billing and payment method. We also collect information when you schedule a transactional appointment or session.
Client services, customer care, technical assistance and other inquiries
We may collect written correspondence from you such as when you submit questions or comments online or via email. When you engage or post in our community members section. We may disclose images shared of your work on our social media platforms. You acknowledge that all interactions made on the Artvana website or in the community section are voluntary and accessible to all other current members of the community. Technical support and customer support interactions via phone may be recorded.
Other information you provide
Any other information you may provide through our website via surveys or on social media. Reviews may be subject to use on our website and social media channels.
We may use your personal information

03 - Rules for account use
The Artvana and Mini Masters website and community areas are subject to the rules listed herein. Failure to abide by the community rules set out for Artvana and Mini Masters members may result in the cancellation/termination of your membership and access. Your membership and access may be revoked if we become aware of rule violations made by you or someone else on your account. You may or may not be issued a warning before your account is disabled.

No hate speech, bullying, racial slurs or inuendos, name calling, vulgar speech, excessive profanity, aggression toward instructors or coaches.
Antagonizing other members in the community
Disrupting the group dynamic in group coaching sessions
Excessive negativity or anger
This is a fun and upbuilding community where everyone feels welcome and can grow at their own pace. Willful disruption of this mission may result in termination of your membership.
04 - Billing and subscription agreement
Artvana and Mini Masters memberships are billed on a recurring basis on the same day of the month each month after you subscribe. For example if you purchased your membership on the 15th of the month you will be rebilled on the 15th of the following month for another month of membership.
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time in your members dashboard or by emailing [email protected] with your request. You must pause or cancel your membership before your rebilling date to avoid further charges to your stored credit/debit card on file.
Refunds are not available on subscription/membership products. If your items are damaged or missing you will be shipped a replacement for the current month.
All other products are eligible for refunds if damaged or missing or may be replaced at your request.

05 - Shipping and delivery policy
Artvana is not responsible for your items/products once they are accepted by our shipping provider. Our list of shipping providers includes: USPS
We will work with you in the case of missing or damaged items to the best of our ability, however claims made for damaged product must be made with the shipping provider. We will support you in any claim made with the shipper if possible. All orders are issued a tracking number upon shipment.

06 - Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality including graphics, logos and photography are owned by Artvana and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws."
You may use the material in the tutorials for their intended purpose only: To create a personal piece of artwork, not for distribution, copy or print. The content included in Artvana tutorials is not for use or repurposing into new classes or tutorials.

07 - Termination clause
This termination clause is for instances of account abuse (See rules of conduct section) or due to Artvana or its affiliates being unable to fulfill its obligations as assigned in your membership/product:
"We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability."
